Privacy policy
This is a courtesy translation. The German version of this document is the legally binding one.
In short: this website sets no cookies, uses no tracking and does not store your enquiries in a database. In detail:
1. Controller

2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (San Francisco, USA) and delivered through a global content delivery network. When you visit, Vercel processes technically necessary connection data (IP address, date and time, page requested, user agent) in server logs. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, stable operation). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Vercel; transfers to the USA are covered by EU standard contractual clauses and certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
3. Contact form and email
If you use the contact form, the data you enter (name, email address, optionally phone number, industry, message) is used solely to answer your enquiry — the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). The enquiry is delivered to us as an email and stored nowhere else; there is no database behind it.
We use the service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) as a processor for sending email (Art. 28 GDPR, EU standard contractual clauses). To guard against spam, the form checks a hidden field and the time taken to submit; no CAPTCHA and no tracking are used.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). To exercise them, simply write to info@kitmon360.de.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW), Düsseldorf.
